Brussels, Belgium – November 5, 2003 - The 2003 Pro Carton / ECMA Awards were the best ever with entries up by over 50% on the previous year. As well as an increase in the number of the entries, there was also an increase in the quality and innovation. The Judging panel discussed long and hard before arriving at their decisions and in the following pages you will find not only the overall winners and the category winners but also all of the entries.
