Melbourne, Australia - April 25, 2003 - Colorpak Melbourne has announced a new three year contract to produce the balance of the PZ Cussons account in Australia and New Zealand. The deal, which is valued at around $US3.5 million over the next three years, will position Colorpak as the second largest supplier in their business.
PZ Cussons is looking forward to receiving the same high levels of quality and service they have been accustomed to from Colorpak, a 4-time Supplier of the Year. Colorpak will now be producing Radiant, PZ Cussons’ flagship product that is also Australia’s top selling laundry powder. Colorpak reviewed their current carton construction and material and suggested changes to PZ Cussons that will save them in excess of 9% p.a on their current packaging expenditure for that segment. When the total re-engineer of the current pack is completed, the savings will exceed 50% p.a.
